As Chairman & CEO and co-Founder, of Windward Risk Managers, Paul has led the company since 2005 in its path to successful growth by adding multiple carriers to its business portfolio. Previously, he served as a strategy and operations consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and as general manager for the Stratos Global Corporation. He was also the co-founder and co-CEO of Seven Seas Communications. Paul earned his B.A. in computer science from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard University.

Clint is President and co-Founder of Windward Risk Managers. Clint has more than 3 decades of experience in multi-line insurance products and services. He previously served as general manager of his own Allstate Insurance agency. Clint earned his B.A. from Florida State University and currently serves on FSU's Risk Management and Insurance Executive Council. FSU's RMI program ranks amongst the nation's highest.

Gary is CFO and co-Founder of Windward Risk Managers. Gary is the former general manager of Boat Phone, a cellular carrier, for the eastern Caribbean. He has held various financial positions at companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation and Dole Food Company and was a co-founder and co-CEO of Seven Seas.

Stacey is the Chief Legal Officer of Windward Risk Managers and co-Founder. He has more than 4 decades of experience in insurance law. Stacey is the author of Florida Insurance Law (Thomson West), an instruction manual. Stacey received his JD, with honors, from the University of Miami.

Cindy is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with years of experience. She has served as the Corporate Controller for Windward Risk Managers since its inception in 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of the financial accounting and reporting for Windward Risk Managers and it's carrier partners. Cindy is a graduate of Aurora University in Illinois and a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs. She holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.

Gard is the Chief Risk Officer of Windward Risk Managers. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director at Aon Reinsurance Solutions, overseeing the company’s Florida property practice. Throughout his two decades with Aon, he served as lead broker of property and casualty reinsurance program placements, and he has years of experience in the Florida marketplace. Gard is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
